Custom image format

windows, linux, Mac... (any C++ compiler)

in this example, we design our image format: string "ImageStone" + DIB stream.

after you run this demo, our format image named save.foo will be created at same folder.
then we load it and save to a save.bmp.

if you under linux platform, type make to compiler
